Meet the Reform team
Amanda Davie, Founder and managing director
With more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, Amanda is one of Europe’s leading search marketing specialists. After spells at 24/7 Media and SEO pioneers Outrider, she was hired by i-level to set up the agency’s search offering. Within three years, i-level was the UK’s fourth largest search agency, with a team of 30 and annual billings of more than £30m.
Niall Madden, Director
After beginning his web development career in New York, Niall came to London in 2002 to explore a burgeoning interest in search marketing. He joined Amanda at i-level in 2004, leading search accounts for major clients including the COI, Sky, the AA and P&G. He returned to the USA in 2007, heading up Reform’s technical operations and managing the New York office.
Graham Everitt, Consultant
With an MSc in Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise Management from Newcastle University under his belt, Graham began his career by taking over the family business. The experience he gained in website development and marketing led him to a role on the agency side, managing global search strategy and PPC campaigns, before he joined Reform in 2009.
James Kilpatrick, Non-Executive Director
James is an experienced investor and venture capitalist with an outstanding track record in the digital and media sectors. After spells working for Goldman Sachs, Flemings and Morgan Stanley, he set up an independent consultancy in 1999. As an investor and non-executive director in Reform, he brings a wealth of experience in the marketing services industry to the business and its client base.
Mary Keane-Dawson, Non-Executive Director
Mary has more than 20 years’ experience in media, and has held board level positions with agencies, technology providers and start-ups. She has worked all over the world, including a two-year stint in China as CEO of a digital start-up backed by a $100m investment fund. She now works in London as a board advisor and business development consultant.
