Meet the Reform team
Amanda Davie, Founder and managing director
With more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, Amanda is one of Europe’s leading search marketing specialists. After spells at 24/7 Media and SEO pioneers Outrider, she was hired by i-level to set up the agency’s search offering. Within three years, i-level was the UK’s fourth largest search agency, with a team of 30 and annual billings of more than £30m.
Niall Madden, Director
After beginning his web development career in New York, Niall came to London in 2002 to explore a burgeoning interest in search marketing. He joined Amanda at i-level in 2004 to launch their SEO offering, leading search accounts through 2007 for major clients including the COI, Sky, the AA and P&G. He returned to the USA since, and is now heading up Reform’s SEO and technical operations, along with managing the New York office.
James Kilpatrick, Non-Executive Director
James is an experienced investor and venture capitalist with an outstanding track record in the digital and media sectors. After spells working for Goldman Sachs, Flemings and Morgan Stanley, he set up an independent consultancy in 1999. As an investor and non-executive director in Reform, he brings a wealth of experience in the marketing services industry to the business and its client base.
Mary Keane-Dawson, Non-Executive Director
Mary has more than 20 years’ experience in media, and has held board level positions with agencies, technology providers and start-ups. She has worked all over the world, including a two-year stint in China as CEO of a digital start-up backed by a $100m investment fund. She now works in London as a board advisor and business development consultant.
Penny Anderson, Consultant
A Cambridge University history graduate, Penny’s career began in 2006 when she joined digital agency i-level, as a search marketing practitioner. At Reform Penny develops and delivers clients’ search, social media and content strategies, as well as overseeing Reform’s own digital marketing and PR activities.
Mike Jennings, Director
Michael began his career in 2005 with Performics in Chicago, Illinois. He worked as Senior Program Manager for Performics Paid Search EMEA (a division of the SMG Search Group) and as an Associate Director role for SMG Search in London. Michael joins Reform as a Director and will be responsible for developing client’s search strategy as well as helping to expand Reform’s offering to emerging areas of digital marketing.
Rosie Sayers, Strategy Director
For more than 15 years, Rosie has worked directly or via agencies on a variety of client projects including Game PLC, Prezzo, Muller Yogz, Avery Denison, Experian PLC, The National Union of Teachers, Imperial Tobacco and Thresher Group. She has been brought in to work with Reform’s clients on the strategic impact and relevance of digital channels, social media, online PR and search.
Juliette van Rooyen, Consultant
Juliette started as web developer in a full service agency in Cape Town. At Reform, Juliette works on a variety of search products including account management, content creation and new business consultancy as well as helping to provide training services.
