
James Kilpatrick, Non-Executive Director
James Kilpatrick is an experienced venture capitalist with a background in corporate finance and blue chip international banking.
After graduating from Exeter University with a degree in Accountancy Studies, James pursued a career in Investment Banking working for several leading companies including Goldman Sachs, Flemings and Morgan Stanley. His main focus was on developing client relationships in the UK and Europe, and advising on investment in Japan and the Far East.
In 1999 James established a small venture capital consultancy business working with SME’s in the UK advising on Corporate Strategy and Corporate Finance. His work is concentrated in the service sector, focusing on media, internet and retail related projects.
James was formerly a board director at i-level, where he met Amanda and Niall. In addition to Reform, James currently holds both Executive and Non-Executive roles with seven other private companies, including Kett Country Cottages, Opta Sports Data and AFP Services.
