A Cambridge University history graduate, Penny’s career began in 2006 when she joined digital agency i-level, as a search marketing practitioner. Penny then diversified into book production before moving to New York to work in the executive search sector. Penny also spent two years with the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), where she developed and implemented the Digital Media and Search Group agenda of activities and community strategy.

At Reform Penny develops and delivers clients’ search, social media and content strategies, as well as overseeing Reform’s own digital marketing and PR activities.
